The Duncan Duo Team at LPT Realty

The Duncan Duo is a Tampa residential real estate team co-founded in 2005 by Andrew Duncan and his wife Angela. Andrew was in his second year in real estate and had more business than he could handle, while Angela was ready to leave a corporate career at Bank of America. The two decided to build a team and run it as a real business, adapting ideas from top teams in other markets and putting their own spin on them for Tampa.

The team grew quickly. For years it operated with RE/MAX Dynamic, where it became the number one RE/MAX team in Florida and ranked among the top RE/MAX teams in the country. To better serve MacDill Air Force Base and the metro Tampa region, the team moved into a larger 8,000-square-foot office on South Dale Mabry Highway. The Duncan Duo was named to the Inc. 5000 list of America's fastest-growing private companies five years in a row.

Today the team operates as The Duncan Duo Team at LPT Realty and is listed by RealTrends among verified top teams by volume and by transaction sides. It is known locally as the official real estate agents of the Tampa Bay Lightning, and Andrew Duncan hosts the weekly Duncan Duo Real Estate Show on NewsRadio WFLA, discussing the Tampa Bay housing market with guests. The team also gives back to the Tampa Bay community through its charitable foundation.
