Frank Albert Realty

Frank Albert Realty is a boutique real estate brokerage in Tampa, led by broker and owner Frank Albert. Frank was born in New Jersey and raised in South Florida. He earned a B.S. in Psychology from UCF, and he jokes that the degree comes in handy when negotiating deals or calming stressed buyers and sellers. He moved to Tampa at 19, bought his first home shortly after, and has worked in real estate ever since.

Frank got his real estate license in 2011. In 2015 he founded Sublime Staging, which has become one of Tampa's largest home staging companies. In 2016 he started a real estate team, and it quickly grew into a brokerage of his own. His idea was a team of strong Tampa agents working together not only as colleagues but as friends, combining their effort, networks and businesses. The brokerage works from a brick-and-mortar office in Seminole Heights and has been expanding across the Tampa Bay area. Today the team includes more than thirty agents.

The company is known for its marketing. Every listing can receive free home staging, professional photography, video, virtual tours and its own property website, along with direct-mail campaigns. Clients often mention the team's deep knowledge of Seminole Heights, Tampa Heights and other up-and-coming neighborhoods. The brokerage handles everything from first homes to waterfront estates, investment properties, land and new-construction projects across Tampa, St. Petersburg, Wesley Chapel and the wider region.
