Florida Executive Realty

Florida Executive Realty is an independent real estate brokerage headquartered in the Tampa Palms area of New Tampa. It was established in 1992 to provide residential, commercial and property management services across the Tampa Bay area. Broker and owner Doug Loyd leads the firm, and its headquarters is one of the first two buildings constructed in Tampa Palms back in 1986. The firm calls itself a family of agents and builds its culture around the Golden Rule, aiming to be judged by expertise, fair play, ethics and being pleasant to do business with. Its website lists offices on Amberly Drive in Tampa Palms, on N Dale Mabry Hwy and S Dale Mabry Hwy in Tampa, and on E Bloomingdale Ave in Brandon. Local press has also mentioned offices in Westchase and FishHawk. In 2015 the firm's offices set up the HOPE Foundation, a Florida 501(c)(3) nonprofit whose name stands for Housing, Opportunity, People and Education. The Tampa Bay Times ranked Florida Executive Realty number one among mid-size companies in its Tampa Bay Top Workplaces 2026 list.
