Gulf Shores Realty

Gulf Shores Realty is a Gulf Coast residential brokerage headquartered on Henderson Blvd in South Tampa. It was founded in 2016 as Tomlin St Cyr Real Estate Services by broker and owner Ali St Cyr, in partnership with John Tomlin as chief executive officer and Holly Tomlin as principal. Ali St Cyr is a lifelong Tampa resident and University of Florida graduate. She entered real estate in 2013, earned her broker license in 2015 and that year was named a Tampa Bay Business Journal Up and Comer. In 2020 Tomlin St Cyr produced 107 million dollars in sales. In November 2021 it acquired Venice-based Gulf Shores Realty, creating a combined firm of 89 agents with about 376 million dollars in annual sales and 783 transactions, then operating under the ERA Powered banner. The company now operates under the Gulf Shores Realty name, covers the coast from Tampa to Venice with more than 100 agents, and uses a pineapple as its symbol of hospitality and client care.
