The South Tampa office is part of Coldwell Banker's company-owned residential brokerage in Florida, which was long known as Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate and now operates as Coldwell Banker Realty. The brokerage serves communities across the state, including Central Florida, Brevard, Palm Beach, Southeast and Southwest Florida, the Panhandle and Tampa Bay.
The South Tampa office has a strong sales record. In 2016 Coldwell Banker gave it a Premier Office Award, the highest office-level honor in the company, after it ranked as the number one office in the Tampa Bay area by total sales volume for 2015.
