Story
The Taco Times is published every Wednesday by Perry Newspapers, Inc., which also puts out the Perry News-Herald on Fridays. Together the two papers cover all of Taylor County: government meetings, school activities, sports, birth and wedding announcements, local history and community events, with a dedicated section for Steinhatchee. The papers reach 5,100 households in the county and sell well on racks. Mail subscribers carry them to 35 states and abroad. Letters to the editor run in the Wednesday Taco Times, and the "Looking Back" history page appears in Friday's News-Herald. The office is in downtown Perry.
