Echo Fine Properties is a family-owned local brokerage based in Palm Beach Gardens. It was named Best Brokerage of the Palm Beaches every year from 2020 through 2026, and Best Brokerage of the Treasure Coast in 2023. The firm hand-selects full-time luxury agents for their knowledge of the area, from gated communities and private clubs to equestrian and ranch estates, condominiums, and waterfront and boating estates.

Owner and broker Jeff Lichtenstein grew up in Chicago and started his career in his family's home furnishings textile business, traveling more than 35 weeks a year. After the business was sold, he moved to Florida, became a real estate agent and built Echo into a brokerage of about 100 agents, with an average transaction of around one million dollars and more than $500 million in annual sales. He is also the author of a business book on the "PB&J Strategy."

Every listing comes with the Home ECHOnomics Guarantee, a written list of 57 promises to sellers.
