Podhurst Orseck was founded in 1967 by Aaron Podhurst and Robert Orseck as a litigation and appellate practice in Miami. Over the decades it grew into a firm with a national and international reputation in tort litigation, best known for aviation law, complex commercial disputes, class actions and serious personal injury cases.
