AdventHealth Wauchula

AdventHealth Wauchula, previously known as Florida Hospital Wauchula, is part of AdventHealth Sebring. The hospital has supported the Hardee County community for 30 years. AdventHealth runs three hospitals in Florida's Heartland, and Wauchula is among them.

The emergency room is open around the clock, and imaging tools include X-rays and MRIs. A Transitional Care Unit inside the hospital offers skilled nursing and rehabilitation in private rooms, with occupational, physical and speech therapy. The hospital also provides lab services and a wound care program.

The Leapfrog Group has recognized the hospital as a Top Rural Hospital. Visitors are welcome at any hour, and free parking on site serves both the main and ER entrances.
