A.D. Morgan is a construction management, design-build and general contracting firm founded in Tampa in 1989 by Dr. Rebecca J. Smith. It began as a one-person startup and is still headquartered in Tampa, with offices in Bradenton, Lakeland and Ocala and a satellite office in Starke.
The firm employs over 74 full-time professionals and manages an average annual construction volume of $130 million. Its work is most visible in schools, colleges, municipal buildings and public-use facilities, including phased renovations and projects on occupied campuses.
