Story
Access48 is an architectural signage studio in Largo that Morgan Dobbins founded in 2015. The team handles design, printing, laser cutting and fabrication in-house, which allows it to turn around custom signs within 48 hours of an order. Its products are made in Largo and shipped worldwide.
The company produces ADA and braille signs, wayfinding systems, room identification and directional signs, illuminated and blade signs, plaques, monument and post signs, dimensional letters and logos, wall coverings and window graphics. The shop is equipped with a CO2 laser, a CNC router, print and vinyl production, a paint area and raster bead braille. Clients come from healthcare, corporate, hospitality, multifamily, education, and retail and development, and past projects include work for Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa.
The Art Institute of Tampa is where Morgan studied interior design, and she entered the signage industry as a project manager in 2010. Access48 began with a single laser machine. WBENC has certified the company as a women-owned enterprise since 2018, and it is also a certified small business.
